Classes

Please note: A one-on-one introduction is required prior to undertaking Clinical Pilates classes and strongly recommended if you are new to Pilates and wish to attend reformer classes. We’d love to make sure that you have a sound foundation of the Pilates basics so you can apply these in classes and get the most out of the method.

Your first session is included in your introduction and can be used for a clinical, a reformer or a motus class.

Clinical Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates classes are specifically designed to meet your individual needs. These classes are recommended for those looking for a personalized approach and are perfect for:
– Beginners
– Pre and post natal
– Recovering or working around an injury
– Wanting to target specific strength or mobility goals
– An environment that isn’t a group class exercise model

In our Clinical Pilates classes, we keep the group size small, with a maximum of 5 clients per class. This allows our instructors to focus on each client and provide exercises that are tailored to their goals, requirements, and abilities. Whether you are a beginner, an athlete, pregnant, or looking to prevent or manage injuries, our Clinical Pilates classes are suitable for everyone. Our experienced instructors will work closely with you to ensure that your goals and needs are met.

To ensure the best experience, we require all clients to attend a one-on-one introduction session before joining clinical classes. This session helps us understand your specific needs and goals, so we can provide you with the most effective exercises.

During the classes, we kindly ask you to wear grip socks for your safety and comfort. We also request that you avoid wearing any jewellery, zips, or moisturizer to protect the upholstery of our equipment.

Please note that we have a 12 hour cancellation policy in place, and bookings for our Clinical Pilates classes are essential. This ensures that we can accommodate all clients and provide the best possible service.

Reformer Pilates

Our reformer classes offer a dynamic and invigorating environment, where all participants engage in a series of exercises on the reformer beds that are adjusted to their individual level.
These classes are perfect for:
– Beginners through to advanced
– Clients who are ready to start an exercise journey after injury
– Clients who want exercise variety to compliment their routine
– Clients who love a small group class environment

These classes have a maximum of 5 clients and are designed to provide a comprehensive workout for the entire body, promoting overall conditioning, mobility and movement for each client. Our goal is to ensure that you work every muscle group effectively, with the same level of technical precision and focus that you would find in our clinical classes. Join us and experience the perfect blend of challenge and technique refinement in each session, as we help you achieve your fitness goals.

Motus

Motus is a fitness class that is perfect for individuals who are looking to improve their fitness in a small group class environment. With a maximum of 8 clients in a class, we focus on incorporating Pilates to warm up, then we move into exercises that focus on strength and then finish with functional fitness exercises to challenge the body and elevate cardio levels during the hour-long session.
These classes are perfect for clients who:
– Want to improve their fitness
– Are beginners and are starting their fitness journey
– Want a small group class environment
– Want the motivation of a personal trainer but the affordability of a group class
– Need and want varied and challenging workouts

During the Motus class, we utilize a variety of equipment including rowers and bikes, the TRX, kettlebells, med balls and small equipment to target different muscle groups and enhance overall body strength. The aim of our Motus classes is to work and strengthen the entire body and improve cardiovascular fitness; these classes complement our Pilates classes perfectly.
Our experienced instructors can adjust the exercises to an appropriate level to suit your fitness requirements and can accommodate all levels within the same class.

We kindly ask that our clients wear sneakers or runners and avoid wearing jewellery or clothing with zips. Please note that our 12 hour cancellation policy applies, so it is essential to make bookings in advance.

$49 Unlimited* Motus Offer T&C’s:
– New clients to körpermotus only
– 2 week (14 days) expiry from first class attended
– Unlimited visits

Privates and semi-privates are a great way to focus on your goals and needs privately or with a friend, family member or partner as a semi-private. We can work between the clinical Pilates, reformer Pilates or Motus formats over the course of the hour. You may even want a refresher every now and again and wish to use the hour to perfect exercises or spend the time working on challenging ones. Either way, we will work with you and program according to your needs.
